Is an author, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, media mogul, banker, and philanthropist.

He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the Paris Graduates School of Management (PGSM) in Paris, France. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma (PGSM) and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing from Sunyani Technical University(STU).

He has a decade-long experience in the banking sector with reputable international banks like United Bank for Africa (UBA) and Ecobank Ghana Ltd.

He is the founder and immediate past Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of North Television Limited (NTV) and Brong Ahafo Television (BA-TV) stations. NTV is the most powerful media house in Northern Ghana and one of the leading television stations in Africa according to Geo-Poll Reports 2019 for Sub-Saharan Africa (Top 10 TV stations in Ghana).

He is also the Co-founder & Senior Vice President at MYOKADA, which is one of the most promising transportation technologies in Africa to move people and packages safely. A co-founder of RCS Satellite which won over a million US dollar contract with Eutelsat (leading European Sattelite providers) for the provision of satellite services in Ghana (2019/2020).

He is a founding member of the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs (GCYE) which is the leading voice and association for all young entrepreneurs in Ghana.

He is a recipient of multiple awards locally and internationally.

Sofo Siita Hissan is the founding President of AfCFTA Young Entrepreneurs Federation (AfYEF), a network of young entrepreneurs and youth associations from across the African continent championing youth.

He also co-founded AfYEF Women, which is at the forefront of pushing for women’s inclusion and engagement in the African Free Continental Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) to attain the African Union (AU) Agenda 2063. He was selected to be part of the AfCFTA Game Changer summit in 2021 (championed by GIZ) where he represented African youth and contributed to ways in which women and youth can be engaged in AfCFTA. He was also selected to be part of the maiden edition AfCFTA WOMEN AND YOUTH CONFERENCE in Dar Salaam, Tanzania under the auspices of the AfCFTA Secretariat and the President of the Republic of Tanzania, who also doubles as AfCFTA Champion for Women and Youth. His passion is to help reduce poverty in Africa through entrepreneurship/trade among women and youth. He has been at the forefront, pushing for women and youth to be engaged actively in AfCFTA and as such has been engaging with key stakeholders in Africa and outside Africa including the US government and business community, the Chinese business community, African leaders, and financial institutions among others.
