In 2006 he joined the staff of ANIP – Agência National Council for Private Investment, in the technical area, more specifically in the evaluation of private investment projects and the positions of Head of the Department and Director of the Evaluation of Investment Projects – ANIPLello Francisko was the head of Project Evaluation Department – UTIP (Technical Unit for Private Investment) and Professor of Macroeconomics, Money and Financial Markets and Econometrics.In 2018, he was appointed member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director, having been responsible for the Investment Proposal Evaluation Departments and the Business Studies and Monitoring Department International.Later, he also had under his leadership the Investment Promotion and Attracting Department and the Department of Export and Business Promotion International.
