Ethy Levy is an impact investor, entrepreneur and strong supporter of using technology to impact lives and the planet.
She has held senior roles in the Israeli Government focusing on International Trade, Innovation and Investments as well as senior diplomatic positions: Senior Economic Advisor to the Office of the President of Israel, Trade Commissioner in Thailand and Australia and Chief Negotiator of Israel’s Free Trade Agreements.
After her career with the government, she established Impact Innovation Israel, a strategic consultancy firm focusing on tech and innovation in sectors where there is a substantial impact on society and the environment. Ethy has a keen interest in making technology solutions accessible to all and supporting the vulnerable parts of the population in becoming self-sufficient by exposing them and helping them implement tech solutions.
She is an advisor to the Inter American Development Bank on Agtech and Climate.
Ethy is the Managing Partner of Kinneret Impact Ventures, a specialised Israeli Impact VC Fund focusing on technology startups in areas of Agriculture, Food and Climate. The Fund invests in disruptive technologies that have the potential to impact millions of lives while doing good with our planet.
Ethy is also the Co-Founder of InfinityFresh, a technology venture focusing on turning Agrifood waste into highly nutritional ingredients based on a disruptive concept and technology. InfinityFresh not only reduces food waste and produces highly nutritional foods, it also dramatically reduces carbon emissions in the Agrifood supply chain making its ingredients carbon positive from day one.
She is also the co-Founder and Israel CEO of the Bridge Hub. A global Agrifood tech innovation hub based in Australia and Israel and its aim is to support the whole agrifood tech eco-system. The Bridge Hub provides a way to validate and test technologies in real conditions with the best partners and help farmers and growers overcome their challenges and increase productivity and efficiency through the use of technology.
Ethy is dedicated to assisting female entrepreneurs and is a Director and mentor at Springboard – the leading accelerator for female entrepreneurs.
