Founder of the African Children Talent Discovery Foundation (ACTDF)
Born in the village of Wumo, Dull ward , Bulla District in Tafawa Balewa in 1978.
Engr. Noah N. Dallaji is the Founder of the African Children Talent Discovery Foundation, a United Nations Grade-C non-profit organisation which has over the years become renowned across the world for its humanitarian gestures especially in areas of empowering the less privileged.
Through its numerous programs, ACTDF has supported no fewer than 25,000 beneficiaries in areas such as provision of scholarships across all levels of education, social and community development programs, widows and gender equality empowerment initiatives, healthcare interventions, youth empowerment and infrastructural development.
A major player in the implementation of the United Nations millennium development goals and plans, Dallaji has attended several of UN programmes and acquainted with several partners from all parts of the world in the pursuance and implementation of some of these noble goals especially as it affects the civil society group.
There is hardly any African head of state, especially in recent times that Dallaji has not interfaced with.
A recipient of several awards both locally and internationally, Engr. Dallaji has been a member of several government and non governmental committees be it educational, institutional, manpower , sports , culture, transport sectors.
While Dallaji’s imprints are internationally recognised especially by the United Nations, his contributions to his native country – Nigeria can only be described as multidimensional and multifaceted. Dallaji through his ACTDF have impacted on millions of Nigerians’s lives and sought to pull out thousands from poverty.
In a record breaking event for instance, the ACTDF in one fell swoop facilitated the award of scholarship to over 10,000 underprivileged children across the country in 2011.
His women empowerment schemes, bore holes projects, schools buildings/renovation projects in communities like Kuru (Plateau), Ajegunle (Lagos), Bogoro (Bauchi), Gwange (Borno), Kuruduma (Abuja), Ilaje (Ondo), Imerienwe (Imo), enabled communities and a large number of Nigerians to be given hope and provided with life changing opportunities.
