Bartosz Kubicki is a founder and President of Elektrorecycling S.A. He started his business over 20 years ago. Today, he hires over 250 employees, cooperates with hundreds of contractors worldwide and runs a company ranked on the 5th place in the international ranking of recycling companies published by prestigious Recycling International.
Bartosz is also the initiator and current President of Recycling Waste Management Cluster and a shareholder of the Recycling Cooperation Centre.
Through continuous investment and development Bartosz Kubicki has created innovative production lines with capacities of processing over 1000 cooling appliances a day. Currently he is working on an original project of recycling of wind turbines and solar panels.
Bartosz Kubicki does not intend to stop at the successes so far and continues to focus on the intensive development of the company. Proficiency in the field of waste management has resulted in the creation of its own independent design team, which constantly works on the improvement of the recycling process by developing technology tailored to the type of raw materials processed. At the end of 2022, the construction of a new technological line began, the capacity of which will reach 30 tons per hour. This project is the result of combining 20 years of experience in the industry with the use of the most modern technology on the market.
It is also worth mentioning Kubicki’s company Elektrorecykling was awarded the Forbes Diamonds 2023 prize for the second time in a row. It’s one of the most prestigious ranking of Polish companies which most effectively increased in their value in the last four years. The criteria of the rating included: financial results for the years 2017-2021, value of assets, payment history, payment reliability.
